   The republican part of the U.S.A. is so stupid they sent American troops to die to corner the oil market so they could rule the world. A little time passes as they sleep. The world is going to cut the oil companies out of the equation. That is how stupid pure greed can make a person! I want my America back. I was told I lived in the freest country on earth when I was a boy. Go figure I might see my country really be free in my lifetime!
   Greed is the most evil of all evil!

   and you power the compressor with what? a petrol engine, pixie dust, unobtainium, a very very long extension cord?

   that small engine looks more like a pump. seems clever how much power it generates but i think in the long run it would be very expensive. how many miles do you think it would travel before wear occurred inside that engine? looking at the engine/pump design it would be very expensive to manufacture so expensive to replace when broken, and surely the answer is a compressor which fills the tanks during travel using a pressure relief valve to keep tanks filled always?

   Horribly inefficient
   5x the electricity for the same distance compared to an electric vehicle
   Compressed air cars have been around for over 100 years

   i would get this, especially with a gas compressor to renew the pressure as you go, not completely clean but far better than anything else

   So the United State and a couple of other countries Have the Power to Offset the Carbon output of Countries Like china and Korea that have NO Epa Standards for Industry? the United States is Dependent on countries that do NOTHING about so called global warming In order to have the Cheapest Manufacturing Costs, Companies Dependent of slave labor for profit will Never shoot them self in the foot By enforcing Air Regulation on countries that produce there goods, Green is the U.S is about Control!

   You don’t see any driving around Atlanta because even after promising delivering “next year” almost every year since 2000, MDI has never ever delivered even a single car!

   This video sales the car will be on sale June 2008. Just yet another missed promise date by MDI.

   The apparent problem is lack of range. The only published test of range showed the MDI car running out of air after only 7.22km — less than 5 miles!

   Actually, a smarter thing to do that will not impede the rotation of the drive shaft appreciable would be to surround it with inductor coils and use the rotation to generate electricity. You can do this with the axles as well. With an on-board battery storage system, you would use the electricity for lighting, radio and even as a mini hybrid system for further propelling of the vehicle down the road.

    I agree. we the people want clean air, a clean earth, healthy people. Instead we get the message that money is worth far more than human or animal life. Greed. I hate it.

    Just because the goverments are just the inteface with the public and they are put there to serve the real masters of this world: Bankers and industrials. Wach zeitgeist movie and see for yourself WHY we have all that we need for a better world, but we are cornered in this misery of monetary system.

    Human are very smart to make fantastic invention, but when it come to profit we just simply can’t weight the important of our mother earth. A1 to the air-car technology, but we will never see the light at the other end of the tunnel for this invention…pity
