Also to answer your question I have been using computers since kindergarten if you must know. but even that wouldn’t make me an expert. but there is always more to learn, didn’t even know Google scholar existed til today. @TheKrensada Have you never used a computer in your life? You know what “look it up” means? Go to Google Scholar, search for “Ducted turbines” and read for papers that actual scientists produced on the subject. What you will find is exactly what I said (and more).

This may also help to keep birds from being hit by the blades, because they are more likely to see it and go around it, especially if it has a ring of LEDs on it which light up at night. Great invention. I hope no one is still saying that Japan can’t come up with new ideas. They were also the first to market hybrid electric cars.
